About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Optometrist to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a key member of our Optical department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional eye care services to our customers, including routine eye tests and minor eye condition treatments.
  • Work closely with our Optical Manager to develop and implement new patient services and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Coach and train our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of our department's culture and values, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest eye care developments and best practices, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team.
