We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Abbatt Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential building, ensuring a high standard of service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure common areas are clean and tidy.
  • Maintain internal and external spaces, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and polishing.
  • Ensure fire exits are secure and accessible.
  • Perform litter picking and refuse removal.
  • Record daily, weekly, and monthly checks in the diary.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety processes.
  • Ability to handle cleaning materials.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm

Location: Gillingham, Kent
