We are seeking an experienced Project Expense Manager to join our team at CV-Library.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective expense management strategies for construction projects.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate expense tracking and reporting.
  • Analyse project expenses and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in expense management and analysis.
  • Experience working with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
Salary Package:

£28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and professional development opportunities.

Working Environment:

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team working on exciting and challenging projects.
