Job Overview

Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking a talented Mathematics Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging Maths lessons to students in KS3 and KS4.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
  • Assess student work against our assessment framework and provide constructive feedback.
  • Liaise with our SENCO to ensure students with special educational needs receive appropriate support.
  • Contribute to departmental meetings to drive forward our attainment levels.

Essential Requirements

  • Holds qualified teacher status (ECTs welcome).
  • Experience in teaching KS3, KS4, and KS5 curriculum (KS5 not essential).
  • Strong classroom control and behaviour management strategies.
  • Passionate about teaching and committed to student progress.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Daily Pay: £150 - £210.
  • Temp to perm contract (20 weeks).
  • Permanent Opportunity.
