Job Description:

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organisation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create role specifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and offering candidates.
  • Use a variety of methods to attract talent, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and suitability for roles.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and manage candidate databases to ensure an ongoing talent pool.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £38,500 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
