Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs in a vibrant and inclusive specialist school in Salisbury. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers and specialists to support the children's educational, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including Autism, speech and language needs, learning difficulties, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.
Work closely with teachers and specialists to develop and implement individualized support plans for each pupil.
Create a positive learning environment and build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and other staff members.
Support pupils with class activities, homework, and life skills that will benefit them beyond education.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults is desirable.
Passion for working with children with special educational needs.
Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and other staff members.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 15:30pm.
