About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at a care home in Stoke on Trent. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing medicine safely and delivering excellence in everything you do. Your professional judgment and expertise will be valued and respected, and you will have the autonomy to make critical clinical decisions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who prides yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
