**Teaching Personnel** is seeking an exceptional **Physics Teacher** to join its permanent staff team from September 2024 in Kensington, London.

Job Description:
  • Delivering high-quality Physics lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, including A-level.
  • Preparing students for external examinations, ensuring they achieve their full academic potential.
  • Collaborating with the Science Department to develop and share best practices in teaching and learning.
  • Providing academic support and guidance to students, including offering extra-curricular activities and enrichment opportunities.
  • Maintaining a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes the school's values of respect, integrity, and academic excellence.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): The candidate must possess QTS and have relevant teaching experience in secondary education, ideally within a UK setting.
  • Subject Expertise: A strong academic background in Physics, with a degree in Physics or a closely related discipline. Candidates should demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Physics curriculum up to A-level.
  • Teaching Experience: Proven UK experience of teaching Physics at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with a track record of achieving excellent student outcomes.
  • Passion for Physics: A genuine enthusiasm for Physics, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
  • Commitment to Professional Development: A dedication to continuous professional development, staying abreast of current educational practices and innovations in teaching Physics.
  • Safeguarding and Child Protection: A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and includes MPS/UPS benefits.
