Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Assistant to join our team at Rhins Home Team. As a Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting patients at home and aiding admission prevention and discharge without delay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve improved health and wellbeing outcomes for patients.
  • Develop and implement re-treatment programs to support patients in their recovery journey.
  • Provide compassionate care and support to patients, their families, and carers.
  • Contribute to the development of Home Teams and participate in transformational change initiatives.
  • Travel regularly to different workplaces, with consideration given to alternative transport arrangements for those with disabilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current driving licence (or alternative transport arrangements for those with disabilities).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field (desirable).
