About the Role: We are seeking a Community Cat Coordinator to join our team at the RSPCA Newport Adoption Centre. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for coordinating community engagement activities, promoting the adoption of cats, and ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare are maintained for cats in our care.

Main Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have experience managing a team or volunteers, knowledge of animal welfare and health issues, excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. They will also be responsible for taking part in community engagement activities such as fundraising, delivering talks at local schools, and maintaining social media.

The Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive 35 hours of work per week, including weekends and bank holidays, as well as a generous pension scheme, career development opportunities, and access to hundreds of discounts with retail, hospitality, travel, and insurance providers.
