About the Role

Are you driven to succeed in sales and consulting? Oracle's CSS team is looking for a talented individual to drive growth and expansion in our services engagements. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities, and delivering results that exceed expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prioritize new opportunities, engaging with sales professionals and prospects to develop new or expansion deals.
  2. Develop and manage a sales pipeline to deliver allocated quotas in each financial period.
  3. Sell consultatively, providing credible advice and mentorship on the value of CSS adoption and service solutions.
  4. Build and execute go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven history of strong sales, consulting, and collaboration skills.
  • Cognitive ability to listen, understand, and respond concisely to sophisticated questions.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, needs analysis, positioning, scoping, and business justification.
  • Able to travel within Finland, adhering to Oracle's prevailing travel advice.
  • Display positivity, initiative, and self-motivation, promoting these qualities within the team.
