Aibo Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our fast-paced office within the material handling industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through business development, market research, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct thorough fact-finding with clients to provide valuable insights to our Account Sales Managers.
- Track and report on pipeline progress with the sales team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets to drive business growth.
- Liaise with Account Sales Managers to discuss opportunities and deliver new business leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven individual.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Competitive salary of £26,000.00 per annum (35k + OTE).
