About the Role

Aibo Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our fast-paced office within the material handling industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through business development, market research, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding with clients to provide valuable insights to our Account Sales Managers.
  • Track and report on pipeline progress with the sales team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets to drive business growth.
  • Liaise with Account Sales Managers to discuss opportunities and deliver new business leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven individual.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
