Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Educator to be part of our brand-new nursery. This is a unique opportunity to shape and influence the educational journey of our children from the very beginning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and age-appropriate educational activities that promote development across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and interests of the children.
  • Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, sharing insights with parents and carers.
  • Work closely with the nursery team to ensure a consistent and supportive approach to childcare.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in early years education.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to working in a nursery setting.
  • Passion for nurturing young children's growth and development.
