Senior Practitioner (Qualified Social Worker) Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our Child In Care Team in Enfield, North London.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of child protection and care principles. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and managing the needs of looked after children, working closely with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage the needs of looked after children
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with families and carers
  • Work closely with other professionals to ensure effective support and services
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve outcomes for looked after children
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration, as well as relevant experience working with looked after children. You should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of child protection and care principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
