We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Host to join our team at The Lakes Distillery. As a key member of our on-site guest experience operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across our three site business units: tours, retail, and front of house.

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Brand Home guest experience by consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences both during day-to-day service and events.
• Educate our guests on our products, processes, and The Lakes Distillery brand.
• Follow all policies and procedures set out to achieve the site-wide guest experience strategy.
• Support all health and safety and food hygiene initiatives, ensuring the appropriate legislation and requirements are followed.
• Ensure the site is kept in immaculate condition to the standards of a Visit England Gold Award winner.

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a guest-focussed hospitality role.
• Ability to easily commute and work a varied rota/shift pattern.
• Ability to work as part of a wider business team as well as under own initiative.
• Must have the right to work within the United Kingdom.
