About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Allanbank Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents in line with their individual care plans
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Encourage residents to participate in leisure and social activities, promoting a sense of community and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction

Requirements
  • Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential, as we provide comprehensive training)
