Behaviour Mentor - School in Barking & Dagenham

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work with a school in Barking & Dagenham, supporting primary and secondary aged pupils with a range of needs, including ASC, learning difficulties, SEMH, and challenging behaviour.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of working with students with ASC and multiple learning difficulties, and be enthusiastic about raising the attainment of their pupils. Experience in supporting children with special educational needs or a passion for working with students with special educational needs is essential.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for building relationships with students, gaining knowledge of their needs, and providing support to help them overcome challenges. You will work closely with the school's staff to develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and improve academic outcomes.
