Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, personal injury claims, property disputes, and professional negligence cases.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation. We do not consider experience primarily in personal injury work as civil litigation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of civil procedure rules and relevant laws.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling a variety of civil litigation cases.
  • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
