As a Study Coach, you will play a vital role in providing coaching and additional support to learners with a range of support needs, both individually and in group settings.

Your key responsibilities will include developing strategies to support learner achievement, liaising with teaching and non-teaching staff to encourage learner motivation and engagement, and contributing to the development of students\u2019 literacy, communication, numeracy, and study skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a relevant qualification at Level 3, have GCSE grade A*- C / 9 - 4 in English and Maths or Level 2 equivalent as a minimum, and have experience of providing support to 16-24 year olds with disabilities.

In addition, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, manage and advocate on behalf of challenging behaviour, and confidently offer a range of strategies to assist tutors in making specific reasonable adjustments.
