Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking experienced professionals to join their team. As a result of their ongoing expansion, they require skilled individuals with expertise in CNC machining, programming, and toolmaking.

About the Job:
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success. You will be responsible for operating and setting up CNC machines to produce precision components to tight tolerances, developing and editing CNC programs, and designing, manufacturing, and repairing precision tooling.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and set up CNC machines.
  • Develop and edit CNC programs.
  • Design, manufacture, and repair precision tooling.
  • Inspect and verify machined parts.

Requirements:
  • Technical proficiency in CNC machining principles, tooling, and cutting techniques.
  • Expertise in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Hypermill, Powermill).
  • Experience with Heidenhain, Fanuc, and Haas CNC controls.
  • Ability to design, manufacture, and repair precision tooling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
