Role of the Host
As a Host at Australasia, you will be a welcoming and organised individual, responsible for greeting guests, seating, and engaging with them to ensure their experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage reservations, answering phone calls, and responding to guest inquiries.
- Participate in the guest booking journey, following up on reservations, and collecting payments.
- Communicate effectively with the front and back of the house to ensure seamless service.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve exceptional customer experiences.
