Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support the Construction Services department.

  • To provide administrative support to the Operations Section, ensuring seamless delivery of client requirements.
  • To contribute to the overall objectives of the Construction Services team.
  • To help maintain a high-quality service to clients by working closely with the Operations Managers.

Duties:

  • Inputting timesheets accurately and efficiently
  • Ordering materials in a timely manner
  • Processing work orders effectively
  • Allocating work tasks as needed
  • Assisting with projects and budgets
  • Meeting deadlines for tasks and projects
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • Preparing paperwork for voids
  • Supporting Tool Box Talks and minute taking
  • Resolving queries and enquiries from tenants, clients, customers, and stakeholders
