Role Overview:
The Senior Disability and Wellbeing Adviser at AD WARRIOR is responsible for leading on the provision of guidance services to disabled and neurodivergent students. This role involves managing complex cases, developing processes for risk management and safeguarding, and collaborating with students, staff, and external stakeholders. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment and promoting student wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with mental health diagnoses.
• Work collaboratively with students, staff, and external stakeholders to provide high-quality student-centred support.
• Manage a caseload with elements of risk, using policy and procedures in daily work.
• Lead people, projects, or areas of work, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Graduate-level qualifications or equivalent, specialist disability qualifications, or extensive experience working with disabled students in a higher education environment.
• Mental health practitioner professional qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• Active registration with a relevant professional body is desirable.
• Ability to work independently without supervision on a daily basis.

Estimated Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum
