About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a Community Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional community-based therapy, enabling service users to improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for service users.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Supervise and support assistants, support workers, and students as required.
  • Participate in training and service development projects to enhance skills and knowledge.
