Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the home's staff team, ensuring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain exceptional standards of care and support.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home's services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.
- Oversee all administrative tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion of records and reports.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring the home is a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
- Previous experience of managing a nursing home.
- Minimum of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management.
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC certificate and PIN.
- Experience working in the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and management qualities, with a dynamic and flexible approach.
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain excellent working relationships at all levels.
- Enthusiasm and passion for developing high-level person-centered care.
