At Sharp UK, we are seeking a skilled IT Consultant to drive digital transformation and innovation for our clients. With a focus on technical expertise and strategic planning, this role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional looking to take their consultancy skills to the next level.

This exciting opportunity offers a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
As an IT Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their IT journeys, providing strategic insights and actionable solutions to meet their evolving needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring their IT infrastructure is robust and positioned to support long-term success. This role blends technical expertise with strategic planning, including creating impactful project proposals and comprehensive implementation plans.

You will build strong relationships with clients, serving as a dependable advisor for all things IT. Your responsibilities will include:

1. • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to design and execute tailored IT strategies aligned with their business goals.
   • Technical Leadership: Lead IT projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery.
   • Craft detailed project proposals and plans, clearly defining objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
   • Documentation Excellence: Maintain detailed records of solutions, processes, and client-specific configurations to support ongoing operations.
   • Partner with internal teams to ensure projects align with both client expectations and organizational capabilities.
   

Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years in IT consultancy, with 3+ years in IT support or a similar environment.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with Azure is a bonus.
Skillset: Strong knowledge of networking, server management, firewalls, security, and disaster recovery.
Certifications: A desire to pursue Microsoft Associate-level certifications or beyond.
Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with GDPR and data protection best practices.
