Your Responsibilities
  • Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn, Workday, and Loop to build unique candidate pipelines.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, obsessing over every detail to create a seamless journey.
  • Data Management: Maintain data integrity, proactively share updates with stakeholders, and use insights to continuously improve the recruiting process.
  • Attention to Detail: Execute detail-oriented projects with high accuracy.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, and pipeline management.
  • Technical proficiency in sourcing tools, ATS (Workday knowledge is a bonus), data management/reporting tools, and workplace collaboration tools.
  • A strong passion for leveraging technology and innovation to drive recruitment efficiency and secure high-quality hires.
