Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. As a Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent invoice and settlement processes for our clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage accurate and timely invoices and settlements
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless processes
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for invoicing and settlements
  • Process detailed information accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor progress of client orders and identify potential concerns
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports using Excel
  • Extract and analyze data from accounting software
  • Ensure invoices are properly coded and accounted for
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in billing or a related field is preferred
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
