Volunteer Coordinator

Sja's West is looking for a skilled Volunteer Coordinator to lead our efforts in Durham, Northumberland & Tyne & Wear. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing a County St John Council to oversee and guide volunteer Community Networks.
This council will provide strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight to ensure that volunteer efforts align with community needs and priorities while avoiding duplication of services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for local volunteering and helping communities.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience. To be successful in this role, you will need:
