About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth within our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Assist customers in finding the products they need, providing expert advice and guidance where required.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card, and other payment methods.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
