As an Infrastructure Project Lead (London & South) you will lead teams to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects, from option studies to contract administration. Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client-side project management, including stakeholder, H&S, risk, quality, schedule, and contract management.
  • Support and manage the project team, ensuring resources meet client and business requirements.
  • Actively manage subcontractors and resources.
  • Support business development opportunities with existing and new clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the built environment as a client-side Project Manager.
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contract management.
  • Project management qualification, such as APMQ or PRINCE2, desirable.
