Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrator to support our team of Employment Advisors and Trainers at PeoplePlus. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing participant databases, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the delivery team, including managing diaries, room bookings, and participant databases
  • Assess participant needs and direct them to the most appropriate form of support
  • Undertake other general administration and support duties as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum ability at L2 / GCSE level in English and Math's, experience of using Microsoft office packages, and excellent communication skills. A Business Administration Qualification is desirable but not essential.
