About Our Team

Our team specializes in providing comprehensive mergers and acquisitions services to corporate clients, private equity houses, and other organizations. We advise on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, buy-outs, and capital raisings, often with cross-border or international aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full deal cycle, from initial planning to successful completion
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to business development activities, identifying new opportunities and partnerships
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences M&A transactions
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Compensation Package

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
