The Role
This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our key customers to understand their technical requirements and develop tailored solutions that drive business value and sustainability. You will be responsible for:
• Managing key customer relationships and developing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
• Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and technical expertise to customers
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of account strategies
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A background in technical sales, design, or account management, with experience in the paper and packaging industry
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, as well as FMCG products, markets, and drivers
• Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
