Executive Cook

We are looking for a talented Cooking Expert to join our team. This is a part-time position, contracted to 20 hours per week.

• Create exceptional culinary experiences that exceed client expectations
• Develop and implement menu changes to ensure variety of options
• Identify areas for improvement in food services and implement changes accordingly
• Act on customer feedback to enhance food services
• Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative menu ideas
• Represent Compass Group UK&I positively and maintain a strong brand image
• Manage inventory levels to maintain optimal kitchen conditions
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
• Comply with relevant health and safety regulations

• Possess a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in supervising teams and leading by example
• Experience in a similar role, focusing on delivering outstanding results
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate and adhere to industry standards
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns, covering 4 out of 7 days

The estimated salary for this position is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
