Job Summary
Robert Walters is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join their Supply Chain and Engineering team in Birmingham. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, from candidate generation and sourcing to new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients across the Supply Chain and Engineering sectors, providing expert recruitment advice and solutions.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and candidates, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
- Work collaboratively with the Supply Chain and Engineering teams to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the Supply Chain and Engineering sectors.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
