Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As an HR Generalist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the full cycle of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Coordinate the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
    • Support the development of job descriptions and job postings
  • Employee Relations
    • Foster a positive working environment through open communication and conflict resolution
    • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on company policies
  • Performance Management
    • Support performance appraisal processes and goal setting
    • Assist managers in developing employee development plans
  • HR Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
    • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR policies as needed
  • Payroll and HR Reporting
    • Run payroll in collaboration with Finance
    • Generate reports on HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends
  • Culture and Engagement
    • Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement and recognition
    • Support the development of a strong organizational culture
  • HR Systems and Administration
    • Maintain and optimize HR Information System
    • Support the training of system optimisations across the business
    • Perform administrative tasks, including internal change letters and exit interviews
Requirements
  • Significant experience in HR, preferably in a scale-up environment or SaaS
  • Experience working in a multicultural business, ideally in a remote setup
  • Strong experience in employment law, employee relations, and payroll management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
