We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser at Floss Agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients virtually to provide expert mortgage advice and protection, developing skills and expertise as you progress.
  • Research and recommend the best financial and mortgage solutions for our customers, ensuring they receive personalized advice.
  • Advise on and sell associated insurance products from leading providers, such as Legal & General.
  • Meet and exceed targets, driving business growth and success.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with our existing client base, often uncovering new and unexpected business opportunities.
  • Liaise with lenders to stay up-to-date with new products, leveraging our access to the whole market to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Admin Support Team to ensure cases are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience in a financial services environment, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • High levels of numeracy and literacy, combined with attention to detail.
  • Drive, motivation, and a passion for success, with a willingness to work hard to achieve goals.
  • Able to drive and have access to a car, with a valid license.

Working Hours

5 days per week, including some Saturdays, providing a flexible and dynamic work environment.
