This Leeds-based Housing Association is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead on the replacement of multiple business systems and applications as part of a vast business-wide transformation.
As the IT Project Manager, you will run these projects end-to-end and be influential in implementing project management methodologies across the technology change function.
You will support several critical projects, including a new ERP and CRM, an on-prem to cloud data transformation, the implementation of new Housing and Finance Systems, service technology, and more.
You will work closely with the Director of Transformation to implement a clearly defined methodical approach to projects and then lead on end-to-end delivery.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience managing technology projects from inception to completion
- Be well-versed in multiple project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APMP, Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Have helped to guide project strategies and bring structure to project delivery
- Possess excellent stakeholder management skills across various levels
This role is hybrid with likely 1 or 2 days a week at their office near Leeds.
