Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for managing supplier invoices and expenses, handling AP and AR functions, performing bank reconciliations, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, and assisting with month-end reports and balance sheets. You will also provide support and documentation for audits and handle various administrative tasks within the finance department.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Finance Assistant with knowledge of accounts payable, receivables, and bank reconciliations is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Excel is essential, with study support available for AAT or ACCA/CIMA qualifications.
