As a key member of our fundraising team at Church Urban Fund, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our supporter base. Your primary objective will be to coordinate effective campaigns and direct marketing appeals, utilising best practices in fundraising to maximise income for all components of individual and church giving.

This position reports directly to the Head of Fundraising and Communications and is based in London, with a minimum expectation of one day per week spent in the office. A hybrid working arrangement offers flexibility while still maintaining strong connections within the team.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can take ownership of income and expenditure analysis, providing valuable insights into data trends and return on investment (ROI). This includes being responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and budgeting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for charitable fundraising and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of £32,000 – £35,000 depending on experience. In addition to your annual leave entitlement, you will also receive 3 discretionary CUF days off plus Bank Holidays per annum.
