Job Summary: We are seeking an Eye Care Specialist Trainee to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, working closely with optometrists, and supporting the smooth operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice on eyewear and ensure customers find the perfect frames
  2. Assist with booking eye tests and preparing patients for appointments
  3. Manage phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  4. Support store operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
