Early Years Educator - Permanent Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Nursery Practitioner to join our permanent team in Westminster. As a Senior Nursery Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to shape young children's early development and contribute to the growth of our dynamic team.

The nursery is located within the grounds of a highly regarded primary school and provides outstanding early years education in a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 2 to 4 years.

Job Requirements:

  • To provide leadership and guidance to nursery staff, ensuring exceptional care and education.
  • To build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider school community.
  • To plan, deliver, and evaluate creative and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
  • To maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • To monitor children's progress and work closely with parents to address individual needs.
  • To ensure safeguarding and child protection protocols are adhered to at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A passion for fostering curiosity and growth in young children.
