Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative SEN Teacher to join our alternative education community. If you are passionate about fostering a love for learning, embracing diversity, and encouraging students to think beyond the traditional, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
- Teach English, Maths, and Science to students with Special Education Needs
- Support students to reintegrate back into a mainstream setting
- Work as part of a core team of the Head of School, Deputy Head of School, five teachers, and five support staff

About You
- Core Teaching Qualifications: Teaching Qualification in (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it. Specialist Teaching Qualification (Desirable)
- Academic Background: Degree in a Relevant Teaching Subject, equivalent for SEN (desirable)
- Special Education and SEN Expertise: SENCO Advanced Certificate (Desirable), Patoss AAA Course Completion (Desirable)
- Teaching Subjects: English, Maths, and Science Proficiency, a minimum of grade 4/C or higher
