About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Camden. As a Support Worker, you will provide individualised, warm and person-centred support to a young person with profound multiple learning disabilities, complex health needs including epilepsy and a visual impairment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the young person with their medication administration, eating and drinking, personal care and health needs, including seizure management.
  • Position the young person well throughout the night and complete regular checks, including checking and responding to their wellbeing and completing health and safety checks.
  • Complete cleaning and household chores.

Requirements

  • Calm, resourceful and energetic individual with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner, on a roster basis, during the nights and occasionally during the day.
  • Previous experience is desirable but not necessary.
