In this exciting opportunity, you'll join our driven team at our flagship boutique at The Royal Exchange, London, where you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and providing outstanding service.
As a key member of our team, you'll greet customers, respond to enquiries, and manage the sales process from start to finish. Your proactive approach and driven mindset will enable you to network with clients, guiding them through the sales process and forging long-standing relationships.
You'll also collaborate with colleagues to drive positive store performance, demonstrating the importance of teamwork in our company culture.
**Your Responsibilities Will Include:**
- Greeting customers and responding to their enquiries via phone, email, or our website
- Managing the sales process from appointments to purchases and aftersales care
- Developing personal clientele through effective use of selling skills, proactive outreach, and client books
- Keeping the store clean and tidy, maintaining an immaculate presentation for customers
- Sharing your expertise and knowledge with colleagues to develop as a team
