Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Right Now Group is partnering with a leading organization to recruit a Field Service Engineer for their Devon region team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Install, maintain, and survey high-end catering and kitchen appliances, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and meet deadlines.
  • Provide excellent support to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage tight deadlines for physical and administrative tasks, prioritizing tasks to meet customer lead-times and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Field Service Engineering or Technician role.
  • Electrical knowledge and experience in maintenance or electronics/electrical engineering.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to working hours and days.
  • Good people/customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure.
