Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Stanton service station team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while maintaining a high level of profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, including stock management and inventory control
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the Motor Fuel Group to achieve business objectives

• Proven experience in a retail management role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
