Job Overview

Dunbar Education is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Key Stage 1 Curriculum Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum-aligned lesson plans, fostering a love of learning in students.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop curriculum-aligned lesson plans, incorporating innovative approaches and technologies.
  • Support the school's values of inclusivity, ensuring each child feels valued and supported.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff, contributing to a positive and team-based culture.
  • Utilize outstanding facilities to enhance learning experiences, from interactive classrooms to learning technology.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, supporting each child's individual learning journey.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or a strong passion for teaching Key Stage 1, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
