About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Acapella Recruitment's client, a leading menswear retailer based in Freeport Fleetwood, UK. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales floor team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and staff training. Responsibilities:
